Meat hunt

Butchering day
· 1 days
· Take home the meat you work with
· On site butchering instructions covering different
processes including breaking down the animal in different cuts, making sausages / mince / jerky.
· Fallow and Sambar
· $500 PP
Hunting Education
· 1-2 days
· The course will cater for the level of experience of the
hunter
· The course is run 1 on 1 or 2 on 1
· All deer species are catered for
· Meals will be provided
· $700 PP per day
Free range Sambar and Fallow hunt -CAMPING
· 3 days
